Through this application you can make a simple change to a system file that will allow you to activate payments via normal telephone credit.
Use is very simple, you will have to click the appropriate button and the app will make a backup of the original file and all the necessary changes, it will also automatically clean the Cache and Data from the Play Store and Google Services Framework.
At the end of the procedure all you have to do is restart the device and return to the Play Store by re-accepting the proposed contracts and you will finally have activated payments via normal telephone credit :)
PS: Sometimes, although the automatic procedure does everything necessary, it may not be enough. If after restarting and reopening the market you should not notice any changes, try repeating the procedure or manually clearing the Cache and Data of the Google Play Store and Google Services Framework applications and restarting again.

Implemented the search for busybox on the system (which in its absence prevented the execution of some commands from root) and implemented the remount of /system in rw before replacing the files.
